LOCKWOOD- Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church for Clinton L. Schilling, 85, Lockwood, who died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020, at the Good Shepherd Community Care and Rehabilitation Facility. Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. until service time.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lockwood Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Schilling; three children, Neil Schilling and wife Barbara, Long View, Kathy Langston, Utah and Jeff Schilling and wife Sandy, Carthage; four stepchildren, Terry McClain, Lockwood, Linda Sorden and husband Donnie, Lockwood, Mike McClain, Golden City and Melissa Gulick, Golden City; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty J. (Dodd) Schilling.

Mr. Schilling was born Aug. 20, 1934, in Lockwood, to Albert and Emma (VonStroh) Schilling. He was a Lockwood High School graduate. He had a passion for working hard and was a successful farmer. He enjoyed doing dirt work around the farm.

He was united in marriage to Nancy D. Ritter on Aug. 19, 1983, in Carthage. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
