DORA BELLE WINANS

ORONOGO- Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at Jasper School Cemetery for Dora Belle Winans, 91, Oronogo, formerly of Reeds, who died Monday, Aug. 10, 2020, at her home.

Arrangements were under the direction of Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper.

Survivors include two sons, Cecil Winans, Oronogo and Leonard Winans, Jasper; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Mrs. Winans was born April 21, 1929, in Jasper County, to Ed and Alice (Hartman) Skelton. She was a homemaker.

She married Thurman Winans on Jan. 3, 1948. He died Nov. 24, 1985.
