MARILYN SUE COMBS

SIKESTON- A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Lamar for Marilyn Sue Combs, 76, who died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, at her home in Sikeston.

Arrangements are under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home in Sikeston.

Survivors include four daughters, Roxanna Burns and husband Kevin, Nyna Combs, Melissa Walters and Stephanie Colwick and husband Roy, all of Sikeston; grandchildren, Jamie Woodard and wife Denise, Tyler Combs and fiance Libby, Reid Walters and wife Ashley, Ross Walters, Ainsley Colwick and Kensi Colwick; great-grandchildren, Lincoln Woodard and Quincey Woodard and two sisters, Deloris Waid, Peoria, Ariz. and Sandra Schilling, Sun City, Calif.

Mrs. Combs was born Aug. 28, 1944, in Lamar, to Mack C. Whitchurch and Florence Leah (Hartley) Whitchurch. She was a loving mother and housewife who enjoyed sewing and doing crafts. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She married Jimmie Dale Combs on April 17, 1962. He preceded her in death on March 14, 2019.
