JOSEPH PENNINGTON

JASPER-Services were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Christian Church in Jasper for Joseph Jeremiah “Jeremy” Pennington, 34, Jasper, who died Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at his home in Jasper. A private family burial was at Harvey Cemetery.

Arrangements were under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home, Carthage.

Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Lynn Pennington; daughter, Joscelyn Pennington and Zander Pennington, both of the home; a sister and brother-in-law, two nephews and his grandparents, Joseph W. and Lynna Pennington, Lamar.

Mr. Pennington was born July 12, 1981, in Carthage, to Joseph and Lynn Pennington. He was a lifetime Jasper resident, having worked on area dairy farms and the popcorn plant. He served in the U.S. Navy.
