HARTVILLE-A memorial celebration of life will be held at a later date for Lacie Marie McCulloch, 31, Hartville, who died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, following a lengthy illness.

Arrangements are under the direction of Konantz Warden Funeral Home, Lamar.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the family, in care of the funeral home at 1301 Gulf, Lamar, Mo. 64759.

Survivors include her parents, Virgil and Charlotte McCulloch; two sons, Jeffery Devore and Ethan Beaman; six brothers, Steven McCulloch, Jackie Willhite, Tony Willhite, Richie Willhite, Lonnie Harris and Danny Gaches and two sisters, Jammie Prewett and Gloria Stewart.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Virgil McCulloch, Pearl Sanders, Imogene Hukill and JW Hukill.

Ms. McCulloch was born Feb. 6, 1985, in Pittsburg, Kan., to Virgil Leon and Charlotte Marie (Griffin) McCulloch. She was home-schooled and then became a full-time homemaker and mom to her sons. She attended 360 Life Church in Hartville.

The material for the screen will be installed late next week and hopefully, after some tweaking, the Barco will open May 3.

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger At the April 15 meeting of the Lamar City Council, Lamar resident Rocky McCulloch invited councilmen and the city administrator to take a tour of the pool facilities on Thursday, April 18, as Mason Banes with KC Gunite was going to do a walk through to see what repairs might entail. Several showed up to view the pools, as well as to hear possible solutions. Banes explained that he had to first find out if the damage was structural or plumbing related. Elaine McCulloch noted that hopes are to retain the outdoor lap pool and to redo the indoor pool so that it could serve as a children’s pool following the removal of the enclosure. Banes is to let the McCullochs, as well as the city, know what he would recommend and the cost it would entail.
