SPRINGDALE, Ark.- Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville for Linley Duncan, 85, Springdale, who died Friday, March 31, 2017, in Springdale. Burial, with full military honors, will follow at Fayetteville National Cemetery.

Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 9 a.m.

Survivors include his wife, Dorthie June Duncan; three sons, Kenny Duncan and wife Theresa, Nob Hill, Del Collins and wife Ranea, Buffalo Valley, Okla. and Rich Duncan and wife Falinda, Springdale; two daughters, Brenda Garske and husband Ron, Sun Prairie, Wisc. and Laura Thom Duncan, Edgerton, Wisc.; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Duncan, Moreno Valley, Calif.; a son-in-law, Chuck Fowler, Carson City, Nevada; 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Danny Duncan; a daughter, Joyce Fowler and a grandson, Chuckie Fowler.

Mr. Duncan was born July 17, 1931, in Golden City, Mo., to Elvage and Effie Pearl (Glenn) Duncan. He was a retired U.S. Air Force Tech Sergeant. After serving his country for over 22 years, he started a carer with Walmart, which he retired from after 20 years.
