Rotary visits CrossFit Lamar

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger CrossFit of Lamar was the program on Tuesday, Feb. 20, for Rotary. The meeting was held at their workout facilities, where instructors and owners, Andy and Christy Heins, as well as Level 1 trainer Kim Friend, demonstrated several movements that were used mainly to strengthen individuals in order to lead an active life.
