Lamar Democrat/Rhiannon Morrow Liberal senior Dalton Davis signed a letter of intent to play football at Pittsburg State University recently. He is shown with his father Dustin and Bulldogs head football coach Matt McKee.

Shiloh Wilkinson, daughter of TJ and Melissa Wilkinson, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Shiloh enjoys drawing and reading in her spare time. She plans on playing volleyball or basketball next year. Her favorite subjects are Social Studies and Reading, because both teachers make it a lot of fun while they teach.

The material for the screen will be installed late next week and hopefully, after some tweaking, the Barco will open May 3.
