Girl Scout Cadette members earning the Silver Torch award, pictured left to right, were Lexi Phipps, Elisea Daniels, Kara Morey and Kaitlyn Davis. The Silver Torch award is to recognize Girl Scout Cadettes who act as leaders in their community. To earn this award members had to serve for one full term in a leadership position. Lexi served as a Student Council representative at Lamar Middle School and was a 4-H officer. Elisea also served as a Student Council representative. Kara served as the president of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and was a Mid-STEP officer. Kaitlyn served as an FCA officer, 4-H officer, Mid-STEP officer and a Student Council representative.
