Arrangements are under the direction of Konantz Warden Funeral Home, Lamar.

Condolences may be left at www.konantzwarden.com.

Survivors include her husband, Bob, of the home; a son, David Ray Dickey, Liberal; a daughter, Tresa Morgan and husband B.J., Liberal; three grandchildren, Gwynne Findley, Chance Dickey and Kerri Bollinger; four great-grandchildren, Sam Findley, Kylee Findley, Easton Dickey and Israel Bolinger and two brothers, Joey Bussone, Arma, Kan. and Jimmy Bussone, Girard, Kan.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Chad Robert Dickey.

Mrs. Dickey was born Aug. 21, 1942, in Mulberry, Kan., to Joe and Viola (Morgan) Bussone. She attended high school in Pittsburg, Kan. She married Bob Dickey on Feb. 14, 1960 and together they made their home in the Liberal area, where they reared their two children.

As the wife of a bi-vocational ministry, she worked alongside her husband in ministry, but also found herself picking up a paintbrush to help paint a house and occasionally helped him cut wood. For the last 41 years they had lived in Liberal.

She loved Chinese cuisine almost as much as working and making things grow in her garden.
