Large turnout for Golden City Christmas Parade

Photos courtesy of Sharon Wingert Participating in the Golden City Harvest Days Christmas Parade held December 1 were the Bronaugh school band, under the direction of Lauren Meyer, taking first place in the band division; various members of the Christmas Royalty Court, representing grades K-8; a “Making Memories” float; the first place large float, “Remember when... it was all so simple”, with kindergarten and first grade students holding pictures of themselves when they were babies; Justin McIntyre with McIntyre Tractor Restoration and Crystal Starne, placing second in the mini float division with a 1948 Oliver Standard tractor and the Elf Train that placed first in the mini float division, carrying Ralph Pitts, Linda Pitts, Riley Pitts, Stella Overstreet, Keelan Overstreet, Bella and Omri Miller, Kennedy Overstreet and Whitley and Brenda Burge.
