BUNCOMBE, NC- Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden, Ark., for Maxine Grube Earp, 83, Buncombe, who died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, in Asheville. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Lake Cemetery, Lamar, Mo.

Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Calvert and husband David, Barnardsville; sons, Thomas Tadlock and wife Patty, Southport and Ronald Tadlock, Hot Springs, Ark.; granddaughter, Stephanie Shaver and husband Jack, Greensboro; grandsons, Travis Shaver and wife Candice, Asheville and Bryson Tadlock, Southport; great-granddaughters, Justice Sundstrom, Greensboro, Liberty Sundstrom, Barnardsville and Jade Shaver, Jacksonville, Fla.; great-grandson, Travis B. Shaver, Jacksonville, Fla. and four step grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, Brandon and Kurstin, all of Asheville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Earp.

Mrs. Earp was a resident of Camden, Ark. for 30 years. She was a retired school teacher and helped manage the Ruby Snyder Food Bank. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Camden, Ark. and was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.
