“RED” HOWARD ENOCH EVANS

GOLDEN CITY- A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, at the Alano Club, 1800 E. 30th St., Joplin, for “Red” Howard Enoch Evans, 89, Golden City, who died Saturday, March 9, 2019, at his home.

Cremation services are under the direction of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help toward funeral expenses.

Survivors include nine children in the St. Louis area; five children in the Louisiana area; three children in the California area; special friends and caregivers, Bob and Voni McFarland and their children and grandchildren and thousands of AA members.

Mr. Evans served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of AA in southwest Missouri for many years.
