Purinton signs to play basketball for OCC

Makenzie Purinton, daughter of Angie and Darren Baker and Mark Purinton, signed on Wednesday, April 10, to play basketball for Ozark Christian College. She is the granddaughter of Lewis and Patty Beerly and Jack and Betty Purinton. Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger A total of $3600 was raised at the car and jeep show held Saturday, April 13, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Lamar Christian Church Parking lot, with proceeds to benefit the new Barco Drive-In screen tower.
