NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, VERNA L. SHORT and SAM D. UMPHENOUR, wife and husband, by their Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2000, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Barton County, Missouri, in Book 455, Pages 376-387, conveyed to the Trustee therein named, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Barton, State of Missouri, to wit:

ALL OF LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 54, FIRST ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MINDENMINES, BARTON COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

which conveyance was made to the undersigned Trustee in Trust, to secure the payment of a certain Note in said Deed of Trust described; and

WHEREAS default was made and still continues in the payment of said note;

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, and pursuant to the provisions of said Deed of Trust, the undersigned Successor Trustee will sell the property above described, at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the west front door of the Barton County Courthouse in the City of Lamar, Missouri, on July 16, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the forenoon and 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon, at 1:00 p.m., for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
