MOBILE, Ala.- Services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, July 11, for Gaylord Wayne Parrack, a native of Golden City, Mo. and a resident of Mobile, who died Sunday, July 7, 2019. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Mobile Memory Gardens.

Survivors include a daughter, Marcia L. Zajac; a daughter-in-law, Corrine Smith Parrack; granddaughters, Tura Parrack Farraro and husband Nicholas, Tina Hebert and husband Scott, Kelly Ann Zajac and Nicole MacKinnon Parker and husband David; six great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Wayne and Amy Conklin Parrack; his wife, Sybil Pauline (Glover) Parrack; his son, Michael Wayne Parrack and his grandsons, Michael Wayne Parrack and Kenneth Wayne Parrack.
Mr. Parrack had retired after 22 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. He also played two seasons with the Mobile Bears and was an avid fisherman.
