Dedication services held for Boston Chapel bell and flagpole

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger A dedication for the Boston Chapel bell, that is situated in front of the Lamar United Methodist Church on the west lawn, was held between services on Sunday, Jan. 26. Along with the bell is a cornerstone at the base stating “Boston Chapel Built 1915” and a plaque displaying a replica of the original building. A flag pole proudly displayed the United States and Methodist flags.
