COVID-19 update

As of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, the Barton County Health Department reported that the total number of positive cases in Barton County was 136; Total number of new cases since last report, 7; Number of Active Cases, 28; Total of Recovered Cases, 108 and Number of COVID-19 related deaths, 0.

There has been a total of eight Barton County residents hospitalized due to COVID-19. Please stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms, wash your hands often and try to maintain at least six feet between you and others who do not live in your home. Please do your part to help protect those who are at a higher risk of a serious illness or even death from COVID-19.
