You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, Juvenile Division, the object and general nature is the termination of parental rights of H.N.B., R.L.B., M.R.B., S.M.B., minor children.

The names of all parties to said action are: Barton County Children’s Division, Petitioner; Mellissa Laymon, Natural Mother of said minor child, Michael Blanco, legal father of said minor children, and the 39th Judicial District Juvenile Office. The name and address of the attorney for Petitioner is James A. Pettit, P.O. Box 148, Aurora, Missouri, 65605.

You are hereby notified you have the right to have counsel, and if you request counsel and are financially unable to employ counsel, counsel shall be appointed by the court. You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 3RD day of FEBRUARY, 2021, a hearing will take place at the Barton County Courthouse, Lamar, Missouri, without further notice to you.
