CATHEY STANLEY

PITTSBURG, Kan.-Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Daniel Funeral Home for Cathey Lou Stanley, 54, Pittsburg, Kan., who died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015.

Contributions are suggested to the Cathey Stanley family, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include three daughters, Crystal Sanchez and husband Martin, El Paso, Texas, Darcella Salas and husband Rafeal, Manhattan, Kan. and Marcella Boyd, Pittsburg.; her parents, James Atha, Arma and Roxan Harvey, Frontenac; one brother, Chuckie Atha, Pittsburg; two sisters, Debra Pryor, Arma, and Evelyn Atha, Pittsburg and 10 grandchildren, Martin, Nichole, Antonio, Alan, Adriane, Aaron, Zacarias, Alejandra, Ivan and Cristian.

Mrs. Stanley was born Oct. 12, 1961, at Pittsburg, to James and Roxan (Harvey) Atha. She attended school in Pittsburg and had worked at Able Body Plastics in Pittsburg and had also worked as an aid at a nursing home. She enjoyed crafting, including tie dye and making jewelry. She attended FLAG Church in Pittsburg when she could.
