Survivors include her son, Wesley and daughter Cindy Couch, El Dorado Springs.

She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Willis.

Mrs. Willis was born June 27, 1938, in Sacramento, Calif. She worked most of her life for the state of California in the Unemployment Division. She was the first in her family to receive a college degree when she went back to school in her late 50's. She always maintained good health until shortly before her death. She loved her work in genealogy, not only working on her own family tree, but those of her friends.
