Lamar Democrat/Chris Morrow Golden City senior guard Kyndall Scott became the Lady Eagles' new all-time leading scorer with this free throw Saturday during a 76-15 win at Exeter. Scott eclipsed the longstanding record held previously by Gabby (Heath) Kinney. Kinney's record was 1,533 points. In the other photo, Scott celebrates the moment with her teammates and coach Jeremy Scott (left), who is her father. She receives a high five from GCHS Principal Chris Long. Teammates, from left, Tyra Menadue, Maggie Reed, Teagan Warner and Reese Moore. Teammates not pictured, her sister Kylee Scott and Elizabeth Renfro. The Lady Eagles are 18-3 and state ranked.
