GOLDEN CITY- A graveside service and dinner will be held at a later date for Teresa Arlene Bohrn, 59, Golden City, who died Saturday, May 13, 2023, at her home.

Survivors include her brothers, Frank “Buddy” Bohrn and wife Kim and Ronnie Bohrn and wife Nancy, all of Truman Lake; daughters, Tasha Bohrn, Lamar and Tara Bohrn, Creighton; son, Josh Bohrn; her soulmate, Richard Leivan, Golden City and grandchildren and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert “Poo” Bohrn.

Mrs. Bohrn was born August 9, 1963, in Shreveport, La. To Frank and Roberta Bohrn.

The Lamar High School Class of 1969 met the weekend of September 14 for their 55th class reunion. Festivities started with the Friday night football game against Tipton. On Saturday morning, breakfast was served at Thiebaud before heading up to Memorial Park to look around. Saturday night, Chicken Marys catered to 66 classmates. Furthest to travel was Stan Gabrielson from South Carolina. Out of the 106 that graduated in 1969, 26 have passed away. Tipton made the three hour drive to play against the Tigers. Each of the Big 8 conference teams have one open date on their schedule to play against a non conference foe. Lamar's open date was during the third week of the season and Tipton also had an open date that week. Lamar will return the favor by making the trip to Tipton next year.
