NOTICE UPON ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION OF NOTICE

The State of Missouri to the above named or described Defendants:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Barton County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to perfect and quiet the title to the following described lands and tenements, to wit:

A tract of land described as beginning at a point 64 feet East of the Northeast corner of Lot 10, Block 56 of Dawson's Subdivision, a part of Hixson and Dawson's Plat of Part of Parry's 3rd Addition to the City of Lamar, Barton County, Missouri, thence continue East 32 feet, thence South 400 feet, more or less, to the North line of 11th Street, thence West along said line 32 feet, thence North 400 feet returning to the point of beginning. And also a tract described as beginning at a point 64 feet East of the Northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 57 of said Dawson's Subdivision, thence continue East 32 feet, thence South 347.20 feet, more or less, to the North line of now Highway 160, thence West along said line 32 feet, thence North 347.20 feet returning to the point of beginning. This tract to include 20 feet along the East side of abandoned street right-of-way.

The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for Plaintiff is Steven H. Kaderly, Law Offices/Kaderly & Kaderly, 114 West 10th Street, Lamar, Missouri 64759-1449.

You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within forty-five (45) days after the 31st day of May, 2023, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
