NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY TO ALL CREDITORS OF AND CLAIMANTS AGAINST CASTLE’S SHOE SHOP, LLC

On June 27, 2024 and June 28, 2024, Castle’s Shoe Shop, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Company”), filed its Notice of Winding Up and Articles of Termination, respectively, with the Missouri Secretary of State. You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against the

Company, you must submit the claim to: Rocky Higgins, 346 E. Central Road, Lamar, MO 64759. Each claim must include:

1) The name, address and telephone number of the claimant; 2) The amount of the claim; 3) The basis for the claim; the date the event on which the claim is based occurred; 4) Whether the claim is secured, and if so, the nature of the security; and 5) Documentation of the claim.

ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY WILL BE BARRED UNLESS A PROCEEDING TO ENFORCE THE CLAIM IS COMMENCED AGAINST THE COMPANY WITHIN THREE (3) YEARS AFTER THE PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
