Area churches come together for Day of Service

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Approximately 325 volunteers participated in the Day of Service that was held Sunday, April 10. The workers were served a delicious dinner at the Lamar City Park, following all of their hard work. The day, as well as the dinner, was made interesting by the abundance of winds that blew through the area.
