LAMAR-Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Konantz Warden Chapel for Arietta L. Cooprider, 83, Lamar, who died Monday, Oct. 3, 2016, at Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Konantz Warden Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Donations may be made to the Barton County Senior Citizen Center or Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, William Cooprider; five sons, Earl Hull and wife Cindy, Jefferson City, David Rivers and wife Alana, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Gary Hull, Orlando, Fla. and, Dale Hull and wife Tess and Ritchie Hull, all of Vandalia; two daughters, Maria Phillips and husband Ronnie, Fayette and Debbie Pyle and husband Bill, Pittsburg, Kan.; five brothers, Oscar, Benjamin, Harry, Dennis and Dale and five sisters, Betty, Leota, Quannah, Molly and Francis; 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Fowler; two brothers, Franklin and Floyd and a sister, Betty Lou.

Mrs. Cooprider was born Sept. 29, 1933, in Lourtre Township, Audrain County, to Gussie and Ruby (Gardner) Stuart. She attended and graduated school in Mexico, Mo. She worked in the paint department at O'Sullivan Industries, retiring after 23 years. She was a member of the Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church and women's group at the church, the Newport Needle Club and the Barton County Senior Center.

She married William Cooprider on May 2, 1980, in Miami, Okla.
