Lamar Democrat/Richard Cooper At the city council meeting of December 19, Ewell Lawson of the Missouri Public Utility Alliance (MPUA) presented certificates of grants to Mayor Kent Harris to help pay for the cost of a major conversion of the city’s electric meters.
