New officers administered oath of office

Lamar Democrat/Richard Cooper Three new police officers were administered their oaths of office at the Lamar City Council meeting of December 19. Left to right, are Johnny Bray, Austin Eaves, and William Weiser. All had graduated from the Police Academy at Missouri Southern State University on December 15. Administering the oath is Lamar Mayor Kent Harris.
