KATHERIENE KAY BOONE

GRAFORD, Texas-A memorial service will be held at a later date for Katheriene Kay Boone, 70, Graford, who died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, due to a head on collision in Wichita Falls.

Survivors include her husband, John F. Boone, of the home; two sisters, Shirley Pilgrim and husband Werner, Ft. Worth and Dorothy Smith and husband Jake, Liberty; a daughter, Sharon Southers and husband Craig and children Jacob, Sasha and Ceslee, Azle; a son, Mark McBryde, Azle; a stepdaughter, Chally Porter, Haltom City; a stepson, Jason Boone and wife Tracey and children Sierra and Shelby, Haltom City; a granddaughter, Krystal Brubaker and husband Jay and children Landon, Emmaline and Annalarie, Temple; a grandson, Koltin Lancaster, Arlington and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Tennie Mae Gothard; her father, Clint S. Blackwell, Sr.; a brother, Clinton S. Blackwell, Jr., a sister, Dearly Tigrett and a daughter, Karen Tagel-Lancaster.

Mrs. Boone was born May 29, 1946. She loved the Lord and walked with Him daily. Her favorite passage from the Bible was Ephesians 1:3-14. She will be forever loved and missed, but her family looks forward to seeing her again.
