The Dade County Health Department recently hosted a hunter education course through the Missouri Department of Conservation. The class was held on March 25, at the Live Well Health & Fitness board room and was conducted by Dade County Conservation Agent Jeremy Edwards. Thirteen students attended in the morning, with 31 attending in the afternoon. This has been the best turnout they have had for the hunter safety course. The Dade County Health Department looks forward to hosting another course next year and their hope is to get a large number to attend again. Thank you to all who participated in the March safety course. Good luck and safe hunting!
