Owens celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Roy and Linda Owen celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 30. They were honored by their four daughters, Diana Cooper, Dana Schanot, Amy Shaw and Becky Baldwin, at a private family celebration on July 2, at Thiebaud Auditorium in Lamar.

The junior class at Lamar High School hosted Senior Prom 2024. The event was held Saturday, April 20, 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. at 96 Elite in Oronogo. Prior to the event, family and friends gathered to support their students as they showed off a vide variety of prom wear at the Promenade, held from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at the Wyatt Earp Park in Lamar.
