Chastyn Hetherington, daughter of AJ and Shelly Sorden and Jeremy Hetherington, is the seventh grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. Chastyn loves to play volleyball and also cheerleading. Two of her favorite things to do in her spare time are to hunt and read. She also has three dogs named Hershey, Twixie and Tank.

Treycen Coy, son of Matthew Coy and Angie Coy, is the sixth grade Lamar Middle School Student of the Week. In his spare time Treycen likes to play football, eat, play with his brothers and sisters in his yard and mow the lawn. His favorite college team is the Oklahoma Sooners and his favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs.
