Correction on September 25 city council article

In the September 25 edition of The Lamar Democrat in the article over the monthly Lamar City Council meeting, the cost per month of a senior living housing unit was listed as $950 per month, the correct amount is $550. Additionally, the housing units would be near the new hospital, not the old. The Democrat profusely apologizes to Gardner Properties, Barton County Chamber of Commerce and the community for the errors.
