Halloween Hullabaloo Costume Contest winners in the 11-13 year old division were, left to right, Grant, fifth place, son of Rachel and Nick Burrell; McKinley Bishop and Darci Robinson, fourth place, daughters of Josh Bishop and Melissa Little and Katie McArthur; Savanah Blecha, third place, daughter of Debbie Blecha; Lilly Hill, second place, daughter of Jeremy and Candy Hill and Emma Potter, first place, daughter of Scott and Tonya Potter.
