LAMAR- Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Daniel Funeral Home for Keith Dale Wooldridge, 87, Lamar, who died unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020. The family will receive friends following the service. There will be a private burial in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Contributions are suggested and made payable to the Wooldridge Family, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Elnora Wooldridge; two sons, Terry Wooldridge, Peculiar and Larry Wooldridge and wife Deborah, Warsaw; a daughter, Vickie Sterling and husband Roger, Carrollton, Texas; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and another one expected to arrive in August.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Larry Joe Jr. and a daughter-in-law, Connie Wooldridge.

Mr. Wooldridge was born Nov. 1, 1932, in Sylvania, to Charles Victor and Oda Bernice (Neal) Wooldridge. He was a 1949 graduate of Golden City High School. He served his country in the United States Army. He married Elnora Darlene Stephens on July 8, 1955, in Golden City, and together they reared three children.

He was a millwright, building cabinets for several decades in the Kansas City area. He loved to hunt and fish, was a member of the Lyon’s Club for over 15 years, a past member of the Belton VFW No. 8220 and was of the Christian faith.
