Keith Selvey recently celebrated his 101st birthday at his daughter’s home in Kerrville, Texas. Keith says he appreciates everyone’s thoughtfulness, as many cards were received from friends and family.

The monument will recognize veterans that made a significant difference while serving in the armed services.
