LAMAR- Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Howell Cemetery in Milford for William “Bill” Curtis Witham, 75, Lamar, who died Friday, May 1, 2020, at his home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Daniel Funeral Home.

Survivors include two daughters, Jamey Sue Clark and Misha Lynn, both of Kansas City, Mo.; one stepdaughter, Melissa Oertle and husband Bob, Lamar; two stepsons, Randy Day and wife Katie and Russ Day, both of Lamar; one son-in-law, Tommy Gartman, Lamar; one sister, Martha Bright and husband Joseph, Lamar; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a nephew, Mike Boyle.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marcia; his parents; a brother, James Witham and a stepdaughter, Sam Gartman.

Mr. Witham was born March 31, 1945, in Topeka, Kan., to Lesley Curtis and Ruth Marie (McClain) Witham. He married Marcia L. Merritt on Sept. 16, 1986, in Richmond.

He had served in the United States Marine Corps from 1963 to 1967. He worked at O’Sullivan Industries for 10 years and was a truck driver for Hallmark for 14 years. He was an avid golfer and biker.
