MICHAEL BRANDON RAPUE

LAMAR- Michael Brandon Rapue of Lamar was born April 1, 1989, to Evelyn Mae Rapue, in Olathe, Kan. He lived his life making everyone he met smile and laugh. He was a funny man, making fun of himself to get others to brighten up if needed. He was a joker. He had a huge heart that most would call made of gold. While not always perfect, he would tell you that “none are, but the Lord above”. He was a member of the First Nazarene Church of Lamar.
His dream was to go into boys homes and prisons to share his story and to help save at least one person from going down the same road he had once gone down himself. He loved children and desired to have a family of his own. He married Dusty Chartier on March 22, 2018.
He was a friend and brother to all he cared for. He would give the shirt (or hoodie) off his back in an instant, to keep another person warm. He tried his best to make sure his friends had all that they needed. That was his heart and who he was to all that knew him.
His family and friends pray he finally has the peace he deserves. He leaves behind a brother, Mitchell; many cousins, both first and second, aunts and uncles and a grandmother.
He was preceded in death by his Grandpa John, Grandma LuTricia and mother, Evelyn.
He was loved and will be missed. His legacy will forever remain.
