Lilliann was born April 10, 2008, in Joplin, to Coltin Adams and Alexandria Doll Adams. She was a second grade student at Jasper Elementary School. She and her family gave a beautiful gift of life to several children by being an organ donor.

It goes without saying that Lilli touched more hearts than anyone ever knew. She was electric and beautiful and full of grace. She was kind and caring. She could instantly fill your heart with love. Lilli was so animated and full of life. She loved to dance. Entertaining others was her passion and it came to her so naturally. She could light up a room with her gorgeous smile and her laugher was contagious. She was bold and charismatic. She loved to be outside and she adored her papa Mike. She was his pride and joy. The love Lilli had for her brother was her best feature. She took so much pride in being his big sister, his protector, his first best friend. To know Lilli, was to love Lilli.
