LAMAR-Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Daniel Funeral Home for Paula Jo Dixon, 63, Lamar, who died Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 23, 2015, at her home, surrounded by family. Visitation will immediately follow the service. A private family committal service will be held in Arkansas.

Survivors include a son, Chris Dixon, Lamar; three daughters, Heather Harris and husband Wes, Pottsville, Ark., Amanda Kentner and husband Scott, Springdale, Ark. and Megan McCullough and husband Cody, Liberal; her mother, Pauline Babe Rogers, Lamar; two brothers, Steve Rogers and wife Cindy, North Kansas City, Mo. and Russ Rogers and wife Rhonda, Independence; two sisters, Pat Rogers, Rogers, Ark. and Sharon Martin and husband David, Olathe, Kan.; a sister-in-law, Sharon Dixon, Sullivan; 11 grandchildren, Joshua Goodridge, Hailey Goodridge, Jake Simko, Sicily Kentner, Eliza Kentner, Rorie McCullough, Chrislyn Dixon, Marrah McCollough, Jaxon Dixon, Kyson Dixon and Van Kentner and one great-grandchild, Jayden Simko.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Rogers and a brother, Bobby Rogers.
Mrs. Dixon was born Oct. 10, 1951, in Mason City, Iowa, to Jim and Babe (Blanchard) Rogers. She was a 1969 graduate of Lamar High School and had attended MSSU in Joplin.
She was the owner and operator of Embroidery Impressions for many years. She enjoyed gardening and sewing, but her passion was her grandchildren.
