For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by deed of trust executed by STANDLEY ENTERPRISES, INC., a Missouri corporation, dated 1st day of May, 2018, recorded in Book 2018, Page 617, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Barton County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on October 9, 2020, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the West front door of the Barton County Circuit Courthouse located at 1004 Gulf Street in Lamar, Missouri, said sale to begin at 2:00 o’clock p.m., sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

A portion of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range Thirty (30) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Lamar, Barton County, Missouri, being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a ½ inch rod at a point 30 feet North and 40 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 31, said ½ inch rod being at the intersection of the West right-of-way of Missouri Route KK and the North right-of-way of Twenty-first Street; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West (assumed bearings) along said right-of-way, a distance of 464.00 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence North 09 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East along said right-of-way a distance of 722.93 feet to the intersection of said Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way and the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-way; thence South 50 degrees 17 minutes 59 seconds East along said St. Louis-San Francisco right-of-way a distance of 445.95 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of Missouri KK; thence South 00 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds East along said Route KK right-of-way a distance of 425.61 feet to the point of beginning.
