I’m not sure how long Halloween Hullabaloo has been in existence, but this photo was taken of 15 year old grandson Kobyn Metzger for his third Halloween Hullabaloo costume contest since birth. I believe the photo was taken by Black Hat Photography, who provided a great service to the community for many years. Kobyn won that year for “best recycled costume!”
