Notice is herby given that the annual meeting of the shareholders of Lamar Trust Bancshares, Inc. will be held via conference call on Monday, January 11, 2021, for the purpose of electing one director for a term of four years, and transacting any other business that may properly come before said meeting. Said meeting will begin at 9:00 am and will continue for at least three hours unless the object for which it is called be accomplished sooner.
