Lady Tiger swim team caps off busy week at Carthage Invitational

The Lady Tigers competed at the Carthage Swim Invitational on January 15. Lamar placed fourth overall in team competition, behind Carthage, Monett and Nevada. Top three finishers included the 200 yard medley relay (second) and the 400 yard freestyle relay (third) teams of Kaitlyn Davis, Audrey Osterdyk, Emma Tennal and Meghan Watson. Watson earned gold medals in the 100 yard butterfly and 100 yard backstroke. Davis added two first place finishes in the 200 yard IM and the 100 yard freestyle. Both Tennal, third and Osterdyk, sixth, medaled in the 100 yard breaststroke.
