Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Lamar freshman Ian Ngugi attempts to block the ball being thrown in by Monett sophomore Ian Hildebrand, as Lamar JV fell by a score of 35-38 in overtime to the Cubs. The homecoming coronation was held following this game and prior to the varsity game. Kara Morey and Cade Griffith were crowned homecoming royalty.
