Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger Colorful cookies from Honey Pot adorned a table that was situated in the back of the Thiebaud meeting room for a retirement reception being held for Kent Harris prior to the city council meeting of April 19. Family, co-workers, friends and supporters were in abundance as they wished Harris a very happy retirement.
