PATTI LILLY

LAMAR-Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Daniel Funeral Home for Patti June Lilly, 82, Lamar, who died Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at Barton County Memorial Hospital. Burial will be at Lake Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to service time, beginning at 1 p.m.

Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society, in care of the funeral home.

Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Quick and husband Terry, Springfield and Lisa Blanchard and friend Jorge, Lavista, Neb.; grandchildren, David Blanchard, Baton Rouge, La., Aimee Shelton and husband Adam, Bartlesville, Okla., Melanie Blanchard, Baton Rouge, La. and Lauren Quick, Chicago, Ill. and three great-grandchildren, Ian, Ava and Max Shelton, Bartlesville, Okla.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Emmett Horton and Bob Horton.

Mrs. Lilly was born June 2, 1933, at Kiowa, Kan., to J.D. and Hazel (Webb) Horton. She was a 1951 graduate of Lamar High School. She and her husband owned and operated Lilly's Department Store in Lamar for 25 years. She enjoyed cross stitch, scrapbooking, sewing for her two children and bowling on a league, but she loved and was so proud of her grandchildren.

She was a member of Lamar United Methodist Church.

She married Max Lilly on April 5, 1953. He died Aug. 8, 2015.
