Andrew Shelton is a junior at Lamar High School and a member of both the City Clovers 4-H Club and Barton County 4-H Teen Leaders. He enjoys working with community service projects, as well as many school activities. Andrew is the son of Teresa and Stephen Shelton, Lamar.
