Lamar Democrat presents check to Lamar Free Fair

Lamar Democrat/Melody Metzger The Lamar Democrat recently presented a check from proceeds raised through the ad sales for the Lamar Free Fair Guide. This yearly publication is printed the end of July and is distributed to all households in Barton County and the town of Jasper, as well as distributed throughout Lamar. A portion of all ad sales go directly to the Lamar Free Fair to help defray costs associated with the fair guide, as the Lamar Democrat is dedicated to the success of the fair.
